About Henry Henry, a Canadian, born in Europe, has a very busy professional life, living and working on several continents. He speaks several languages and travels abroad about 50% of his time. His pursuit of images is never ending with a camera always at his side. About Photography, my other passion Henry has been an avid photographer for over 50 years, starting in B&W, developing negatives in his closet at university, moving to color slides and then to his own darkroom. He is continuely learning and enjoying the creativity of photography. Several years ago he discovered digital photography and it kindled new excitement and passion that has further inspired his photography. About Travel Henry takes some 5,000 photos yearly and these here are only a small sampling of his works. Currently living in France, while traveling extensively to other parts of the world, offers him lots of photo opportunities. Unfortunately it is not quite that simple since engineering work must take precedence. In 2009 and 2010 there were several special photographic vogages - Many visits to Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe, around Europe and more recently to China and various Central American stops as part of exploring the Panama canal. The excitment continues into the future! About Future? What lies ahaead is a good question for us all. For the immediate future we will continue living in Versailles only for a few more months, while preparing for the future. Canada will once again be our home, starting in the spring of 2011, as we greet the next phase of our life. We look forward to being nearer our families, our children, our grand-children and our friends. There will be room for photos and maybe time to catch up on all those things not possible in our current adventure.
